    This is the first I’ve heard about using bleached flour in your recipes. I’ve always used unbleached.

    I’m confused. ???

    1. Hi Judy,

      Both work just fine, but we tend to use unbleached as well. The old bleaching process used to break down the protein, but that’s no longer true, so you can use either.
